When exactly does the payout land in my mobile wallet?
Earnings accrued Monday–Sunday are processed every Wednesday. Funds arrive in your mobile wallet by 10 AM Wednesday morning.
Are there any fees or deductions?
Vyete deducts a platform commission from each delivery. The amount shown on your earnings dashboard is always what you actually receive, with no hidden deductions after the fact.
What happens if a delivery is disputed or cancelled?
If a delivery is cancelled before you reach the pickup, you keep a cancellation fee. If the customer disputes delivery, our support team reviews proof of delivery before any adjustment.
Do I get a tax certificate?
Yes. Couriers earning above the local tax threshold can download a monthly earnings statement from the app for tax filing purposes.
