Document checklist
Have these ready before you open the application form. The form itself takes ~10 minutes.
Government ID
Required for: EveryoneLay flat on a white surface. Use natural daylight and avoid flash. Both sides, clearly readable.
Certificate of Good Conduct
Required for: EveryoneMust be issued within the last 12 months. Apply at your local police authority; takes 1–2 weeks if you don't have one.
Smartphone
Required for: EveryoneAndroid 8.0+ or iOS 14+. You'll need it to run the Ferry driver app. Take a screenshot of your phone's Settings → About to show the model.
Driving Licence
Required for: Motorcycle, car, vanValid and not expired. Front photo only is fine, as long as the licence number and expiry are legible.
Vehicle Registration (Logbook)
Required for: Motorcycle, car, vanThe page showing your name as registered owner. If vehicle is financed, include the page showing the financing company instead; still acceptable.

Your first week checklist
Once you're approved, these five steps set you up for strong early earnings.
Download the driver app
You'll receive a download link in your approval email. Install it and log in with your application phone number.
Set your active zone
Open Settings → Zone and select the area where you want to receive jobs. You can update this daily.
Go online during a peak window
Your first session in the app will feel faster if you start during a busy window, like evenings or weekend lunch. You'll see job volume immediately.
Complete your first 5 deliveries
The first 5 unlocks your rating visibility and activates the rating bonus eligibility counter. Focus on on-time pickups and clean proof-of-delivery photos.
Check your earnings dashboard
After each delivery, open the dashboard to see your per-job breakdown. Understanding your real hourly rate helps you decide which sessions are worth extending.
